You look calm. But your mind rarely switches off.
You manage a lot on the outside. But inside, there is often a constant level of tension, thinking, or pressure.
This is where that tension begins to ease.
A steady, grounded approach to anxiety coaching and overthinking, shaped by over 20 years of experience, both lived and professional.
A calm, confidential space to talk through what’s been going on and see whether this way of working feels right for you.
You may recognise yourself here:
You look calm, but your mind rarely switches off
You replay conversations long after they’ve ended
You carry a lot of responsibility, and relaxing doesn’t come easily
Your body feels tense, wired, or quietly on edge
You’ve tried to think your way out of anxiety, but it hasn’t worked
You’re functioning well, but rarely fully at ease
You’re often the one others rely on, even when you’re carrying a lot yourself
And despite all of this, you keep going.
A different way of working with anxiety
Most people try to deal with anxiety by pushing through it, analysing it, or trying to control their thoughts.
For a while, that can seem to help. But over time, it often keeps the same patterns in place.
Because anxiety is not just a thinking problem.
It involves your nervous system, your body, and the patterns you’ve learned over time.
What often keeps anxiety going is not just the feeling itself, but the way you’ve had to respond to it.
When you begin to understand how anxiety is operating in your system, something begins to shift.
Instead of fighting your mind or trying to override your body, you begin working with them differently.
And when that changes, the hold anxiety has on you begins to ease.
Our work together
The Still Ground Approach
A steady, structured way of working with anxiety and persistent overthinking.
This is not about eliminating anxiety. It is about understanding it, regulating it, and changing your relationship with it so it no longer quietly directs how you live.
In our work together, we take the time to understand how anxiety is operating in your system. That includes how it shows up in your body, shapes your thinking, and influences your habits and decisions over time.
You learn how to calm your nervous system without shutting yourself down, and how to respond to anxious patterns without being pulled into them.
We also explore the beliefs and patterns that keep you braced, building a sense of steadiness that feels natural rather than forced.
Over time, anxiety becomes something you can respond to, rather than something that runs your life.
Over time you may notice
Anxiety spirals begin to resolve more quickly
Your mind feels clearer and less caught in loops
The intensity in your body starts to soften
There is more space between trigger and response
Decisions feel steadier and less driven by pressure
Your sense of self-trust strengthens
You feel more grounded in yourself and in your life
What working together looks like
Working together is a steady, one-to-one process.
Sessions are 60 minutes and take place online. We meet weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels right for you.
Our work combines thoughtful conversation, practical coaching, and simple practices such as meditation and breathwork.
There is space to slow things down and to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, without pressure to rush or fix anything.
Some people come for a shorter period. Others choose to work more deeply over several months.
This is structured, step-by-step work that supports your mind, body, and nervous system in becoming more settled and steady.
Meet your anxiety coach
I have spent more than twenty years supporting people navigating anxiety, overthinking, and inner pressure.
Many of the people I work with manage demanding lives and responsibilities, while privately carrying a level of anxiety that others may not see.
I know this experience from the inside. At times, my own anxiety was intense and overwhelming. At other times, it was quieter, but constant. A background level of tension that made it difficult to fully relax or feel present.
That experience shaped how I understand anxiety. Not as something to eliminate, but something to work with, understand, and relate to differently.
Alongside my professional training, I have spent years exploring the relationship between mind, body, and belief.
This shapes how I sit with you in our work. Calmly, thoughtfully, and without trying to rush or fix you.
In our work together, you will find a steady, confidential space to understand what is happening in your system and begin responding to anxiety in a different way.
Ready to Begin?
If something here has resonated, the next step is simple.
You can book a 20 minute conversation to talk things through and see whether this feels like the right support for you.
There is no pressure to commit. Just a calm, confidential space to explore what’s been going on and ask any questions you may have.
You don’t have to keep living like this.
There is another way to meet your life.
It begins with a conversation.
