If this sound familiar

  • You can’t switch your mind off.

  • There is a constant undercurrent of anxiety in your body.

  • You carry a lot of responsibility but feel internally tense.

  • You appear calm on the outside but your body is stuck in fight or flight.

  • You analyse and re analyse everything.

  • You find it difficult to switch off or truly relax.

You manage a lot in your life, yet your nervous system rarely gets a chance to settle.

There is another way

Many people try to deal with anxiety by pushing through, over analysing it, or trying to control their thoughts. Anxiety is not just a thinking problem. It involves the nervous system, the body, and the patterns we have learned over time.

When you begin to understand how anxiety works in your system, something important changes. Instead of constantly fighting your mind or your body, you can start working with them in a different way.

Calm becomes something that can be learned and rebuilt. Overthinking begins to become quieter. Your system gradually remembers how to settle.

Anxiety itself is a natural part of being human. What often creates ongoing stress is the way we respond to it. When we begin to change our relationship with anxiety, fear, and external pressures, something steadier starts to emerge.

You no longer feel pushed around by every anxious thought or physical reaction. Instead, you begin to build your life on something more stable.

A place of greater clarity, regulation, and self trust. A place that begins to feel more like still ground.

Our Work Together

The Still Ground Approach

The Still Ground approach offers a steady and structured way of working with anxiety.

This is not about eliminating anxiety. It is about understanding it, regulating it, and changing your relationship with it so it no longer quietly directs how you live.

Together we explore how anxiety operates in your body and mind, and how it has shaped your habits and decisions over time. You learn practical ways to calm your nervous system without shutting yourself down. We look at the beliefs and patterns that keep you braced, and we begin to build steadiness that feels natural rather than forced.

Anxiety becomes something you can respond to rather than something that runs your life.

This work is grounded in more than twenty years of experience supporting people with anxiety.

Meet Your Anxiety Coach

More than twenty years supporting people navigating anxiety, overthinking and inner pressure.

Many of the people I support manage demanding lives and responsibilities while privately navigating anxiety beneath the surface.

I have lived with anxiety myself. At times it was debilitating. At other times it was a quiet tension beneath the surface that made it difficult to fully relax or feel present.

That experience led me to train as a coach and to study the relationship between mind, body and belief.

My work is shaped by professional training, lived experience and a reflective engagement with what it means to be human. I do not see anxiety as something to eliminate. It is part of being human. What matters is how we relate to it.

In our work together you will find a calm, thoughtful space to understand what is happening in your system and to begin responding to anxiety in a steadier way.
